As the Chief of Staff at Reverence, you'll play a critical role in shaping our operating model as we expand. You will shape our approaches to team management, data/analytics, and customer support – ensuring smoothly functioning operating procedures. You will engage cross functionally with Reverence’s product team, commercial team, and people team.
This role will be project-based, focusing on projects both small and large that are mission critical for the business. Examples of the types of projects: Utilizing AI tools to reshape our Sales Development and outreach functions; Shaping the training program for our front-line personnel and working with trainers to drive A+ implementation; Designing reporting & analytics functionalities, working with product org to connect third-party analytics software to Reverence’s technology and creating reports that are valuable & user-friendly for customers.

We’re a remote-first company with leadership in NYC and Florida. We welcome strong applicants nation-wide but hold a preference for NYC-based candidates.
Reverence is a globally distributed team. While the majority of our organization works remotely, we maintain a small shared office space in New York City and envision a future that balances face to face collaboration with a dynamic, hybrid work environment.
